I just bought a very soft and fluffy bag of Campfire marshmallows. $1.99, was so soft it brought me a lot of giddy happiness. I walked out of the Rite Aid carrying just the bag of marshmallows because now we have to pay 10 cents for a bag and I ain’t paying that. That’s why I YouTubed marshmallows to learn more. So happy.

I love marshmallows and I am grateful to have found marshmallows made with real sugar, instead of corn syrup. I am allergic to corn syrup. Corn syrup gives me a rash and a painful, achy stomachache. I would like to make my own from fresh marshmallow. I think that would be a really good thing to do. However I am looking for a sweetener that would be better than sugar. Thank you for letting me know the original recipe called for honey. Making my own marshmallows is now a goal.
