Cracking little video mate, as a first tome.logger on FS this week, i might adopt this "bunker" method, as my logs are everywhere, all the time.
Also criminal that some.of yiur vods are pulling in awesome.numbers and people arent hitting that Sub button. Keep up ther great work.I'll be checking out more of yiur videos for sure.

I really like this method of storing your logs, I'll have to give it a try myself

I always use the Concrete Dividers by Dazed and thanks to this video, I will use your fence methods to sort my log storage piles. Thanks for the video and you acquired a new sub.

I find logging really frustrating, this may help make it easier to tolerate. This is the first I have seen this method, it’s a great idea!

The loading ramp mod makes loading with a front loader a pleasure in my opinion. I did that for a while on a map and it was easy as pie to load a trailer while above the standards 😂

Thanks for the tips. Currently a "2nd time" logger, so I'm not a super newbie, but looking to step up my game as my group starts a fresh map on New Frontier. Still wasting money on experimenting with the most efficient methods and equipment for my playstyle. Definitely going to incorperate some of the method and hardware recommendations from this video. Cheers!

I like the storage and loading method you showed. I have been using the CSZ pack big bad handler to load logs with the tension straps. It works well for the most part but can't lift as many logs as once. It's easy to attach to the logs in the field though. It can get a little squirrley if the straps have slack in them sometimes. I found the standard log forks pretty frustrating.

Hey mate, fellow Aussie farmer here. I too play on PS5 but will move over to PC once I platinum. Excellent idea. I tend to not have logs on the ground long enough to need to store them. Your road train idea peaked my interest though. I recently uninstalled the TLX X52 logger with the lizard Bogeyman dolly that would allow you to road train. I had it set up as a b-double. I did away with it because the trailer, while longer, seemed more narrow than the trailer you're using here and when fully loaded, the straps wouldn't tie down the whole load. I've actually gone back to using this trailer you're using because in my opinion it is the best available on the modhub for console. Mainly because of it's length and capacity and I've found 8m lengths are easier to handle and load nicely too.

Hello mate, I use the silage bunkers with the chicken wired fence for the ends. Also, I drive a grab for a living at a timber mill

i sometimes find that not strapping the logs down makes the trailer more stable as it allows the logs to move around and settle more individually as logs rather than as one large item, which is what the logs become when strapped

Just a tip ive realised. If you leave a fence panel out in the centre. You can grab easier as the forks dont hit the fence and go under the logs completely

great idea about using the fences. and to think they are so many mods for this sort of thing. Not done much logging yet, did more on FS19. Will have to give it a go again.

Wish I’d done this. I cleared a 16 acre field on the new frontier forest map and just dumped all my logs in a pile out in the open. Now the game studders when I get near the pile. Fortunately they are all slowly being used up by the sawmill, carpenter and paper mill I”ve set up. Haven’t done any actual farming yet after 50-60 hours on the map.

Hi do you only get lodgepole pines on silver run. As I have downloaded trees from the modhub and none of them are the lodgepole ones
