Mike Short is the Chief Scientific Advisor at the Department for International Trade. We caught up with him the National Quantum Showcase in November 2021 to find out his thoughts on the National Quantum Technologies Programme (NQTP) in the UK and who the UK should look at collaborating with in the future. He also highlights how important it is for us to reduce the complexity surrounding quantum technologies to help people
understand the benefits of using quantum in a wide variety of areas.
