This video is all about working as a doctor in the UK as an international medical graduate.
I go through the different routes into working as an NHS doctor in the UK following completion of a medical degree in another country.

This is not the route I took so I have no personal experience, however I tried my best to bring together an informative video for you guys :)

Very informative video for fellow IMG doctors who want to practice in the UK. Since Medical Practitioners has been added to the Shortage Occupation List, IMGs are also eligible to apply for training jobs. Communication and confidence are key in PLAB 2. If you have some time, can you make a video explaining to us the meaning of the different jobs in England? I heard many terms which were confusing to me honestly like FY1 and 2, SHO, CMT, ST, service jobs and training jobs... Etc?

Yes i am doing my general medicine from EU but not from switzerland, its happy to know that i have to clear only language test

I'm Frenchman from northern France. I feel no connection whatsoever to this place of its people. I still have two more years to go as a junior Doctor in GP, and then I'll be free to move away. I quite recently discovered Scotland, and realized that I absolutely love it there. So, when I'll be done with the last two training years, how shall I proceed with my Belgian Degreed ? Should I just send it to GMC, prepare for IELTS, and the apply for the visa ?

Can you please make a video on reinstating license to practise after a doctor took a sabbatical and voluntarily relinquishing license to practise while keeping the GMC registration and paying annually for this. Would be immensely helpful if you please also let us know about any issues faced by any past doctors regarding this matter.

Hi, thank you for this video! I'm going to graduate in Italy at the beginning of 2020 and would like to continue my training in the UK. Still I'm uncertain of what to do next: should I get first a license in Italy or should I apply for the FP? Thanks :D
