i have an off brand braided adapter because i was tired of replacing them. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason why. i have to stand on one leg jump up and down sacrifice a chicken while repeatedly plugging and unplugging the adapter into the phone until some combination of voodoo works. so frustrating

Chaq, thanks for your expertise. I have a bad female jack in my refurbed iPhone 13 mini. Most cables must be do not connect, and others must be jiggled, pushed hard into the jack. Can the jack be replaced? Apple says NO!

my earpods work perfectly with and without the adapter on my ipad but when i plug it into my iphone x it just doesn’t seem to work. my charger also works normally on my iphone. i’ve tried on my sisters phone and on my mothers phone and it works completely fine. i’ve already done everything shown in the video and also cleaned my charging port

There is no Lightening adaptor option on my iphone 13 mini - adapter has been working until today, have a spareone thats never been used, tried that and also not working. have applec changed somehting ?
