Great. Very compact and beautiful Farmhouse. I am surprised, how they managed to build such farm house in 21.32 * 32.8 square feet area. In such small area they managed to build very beautiful farmhouse.

Due to climate change, these beautiful small home designs could be designed on high ground away from flood plains. A large screened wrap-around porch to accommodate large gatherings and for shade would be more important than a pool. If these homes are concrete blocks or 3D printed, they could be storm resistant and designed to keep cool in drought and high heat. It would be nice to be proactive and develop communities on the ground less likely to flood. If the community has a community pool, pickleball courts, a community center for large community gatherings, a farmer's market, a garden plot center, and fruit trees, it would be affordable and sustainable. Hydropanels can eliminate problems with communities or homes running out of drinking water. When Bill Clinton was President, his administration figured out it was less expensive to pay people to move out of a flood plain and to help pay for their new houses on higher ground, than it was to rescue people, re-house them, and clean up after a flood emergency.
