I'd rather switch the kitchen and the bathroom then open the wall from the kitchen to make the kitchen and dining area look bigger.

This is lovely! I'd love to Sunday have a small 2-bedroom place of my own, and with the exception of the placement of the bathroom sink, this is something I could see myself in. Just trying to figure out how I would fit cat furniture inside :)

Nice and pratical but a few updates are needed: porch is too big and needs to be smaller, dining room needs a door with access to backyard, kitchen wall needs to be removed for more space.

A common denominator I see in many tiny homes plans like this is no backdoor. Need a back door for safety.
