So in otherwords it's just a trick by microsoft to get users to keep what microsoft wants enabled enabled. They know most gamers disable virtualization based security. I too have noticed that windows 11 is much more snappy with it disabled.

i have my Virtualization-based security turn off because i'm using Android emulator to play games.
Windows Subsystem for Android Windows 11 just couldn't run on the MMORPG games that i'm currently is playing. does that mean i cannot have this 'Hot Patching' updates?

Does this mean Windows will finally get the same Update "performance" as Linux? It always bothers me to update Windows, not only because it takes so long but also because you have to reboot. On my Linux machine, I can run "sudo pacman -Syu" and my system is up to date in a matter of seconds.
