Indeed, up to Windows 11 24H2, many Inconsistencies exist in many Applications. For example, the Legacy Win32 Applications, Run Dialog, Device Manager, Disk Management, Computer Management, Event Viewer, etc. still do not support Dark Mode, and many Old Elements are still native to Windows 7/Vista.

Hopefully in the future, Microsoft will overhaul all of that in the next version of Windows 11 25H2 or before Windows 12.

Microsoft keeps teasing this updates like the biggest every year but in thr end they are only a bunch of small changes and bugfixes that 99% of users will not even notice after updating it.

I installed doing a clean install and so far I can notice like a 10% improvement on CPU performance on games on my Ryzen 5800X3D.

First in January two years ago when Windows 11 rolled out, probably I was one of the first people to install it with great hope that it will be revolutionary from the developer of Windows XP era unfortunately it wasn't at all, so I uninstalled it after probably a week or so. now after a couple of years the changes they are talking about are not obvious maybe they are a structural change but 24h2 is pretty much heavy oS like vista era i was surprised that some apps as common as settings pages as they do not support the arch mode as it is shown on your system also it has like around 7 gigabytes of RAM although I have disabled pit Locker during installation and my RAM usage was much lower but the speed of the os not improved i have a 12 gen pc by the way i evaluated 24h2 and realized that Windows 10 covers every feature useful and again ongoing to remove this new oS rather soon. Everything as important as icons is discussting and Microsoft didn't even bother to work on them i hope for windows 12 Microsoft takes care of these important visual aspects that play a vital role in the eyes of the user especially when you are introducing your new OS to the public. Thank you Microsoft but not this time

Lol, people do not understand what a rolling updates are. You are not going to get it instantly as soon as it relases. I have the update after doing fresh install coming from Win10. I am not saying that you have to reset your PC, but to just wait. It should show up eventually throughout the month.
