2:42 "Smart enough to listen" - That takes a great deal of cleverness, humility, patience and respect to say such thing. It's really frightening when Homelander puts his pettyness aside to fulfill his purpose (although he did failed to control his emotions regarding Sage ordering him around couple times later on). It's like he reaches new level of dangerous and scary when his emotions are in check.
