How do I contact Technical Support? When I plug in the Fire TV Stick Lite the FireTV symbol appears but nothing else to set up. The screen is blank and my remote doesn't automatically pair. The other HDMI devices we have connected work, so it's not our TV issue.

I love my fire sticks you have sooo many more choices than with cable I’ll be saving $720 a year just by illumination of the cable tv portion of my package c I watched a movie that was made a long time ago and also I watch my favorite 70 80s sitcoms the good part about that I can watch the episodes I like example say little house on the prairie I watch say episode 4 and I didn’t care for episode 5 I can go back to the main frame and fast forward to say episode 7 with regular tv you can’t do that as what ever episode is showing that day you can’t skip it either you watch it or change the channel you buy the fire sticks once and once you install it you’re watching free tv it’s a win win situation
