No mention of the rubber sheet supplied. No mention of the tabs cut from the rubber sheet which are supposed to be installed under the fascia hanger brackets.

This is a very helpful description. However I suggest you miss fitting the velcro tabs as they make the fine alignment of the pre-drilled holes very difficult. It's much easier to hold the door in place until fixed with a looped rope or string around the top of the door. This allows you to make the fine adjustments to align the pre-drilled holes.
