Peter didn't NEED fixing. Peter is different in the MCU, that doesn't make him bad. I love what NWH did with him as well, but to say that "Peter has drones" is the worst thing to ever happen to the character is, in my opinion, quite absurd even ignoring all of the infamously bad Spider-Man comics that do genuinely terrible things. Peter having drones is not worse than One More Day.

I love how so many people criticizing 'Spider-Man - Far From Home' made suddenly a bunch of people love it out of a sudden.
It's 'TASM2' and 'SM3' all over again, people completely forget why there was so much backlash when these movies came out and start acting like they were underrated masterpieces, when they actually deserved the criticism they got.
I'm saying all of this as a fan of 'SM3', I know how faulty that movie was, so there's no reason to blindly defend it based on what others say.

no way home ain’t the best- it’s a great film for fans of the older films, but it’s filled with plot holes and doesn’t have the same impact on a second viewing. who knows, miles morales might do a better job at the I can save everyone plot line

Hard disagree from me. The film was mostly fan service and only shows that MCU's Spiderman can't really stand on its own merits. Not only that, but it basically throws away the big lesson Peter learned in the last film, only to have him learn it again in this one. Hopefully the next film gets it right

the lowest point in spiderman cinematic history is when they decided to make peter parker be the ONLY person who was able to become spiderman in tasm 2. it takes such an integral part of spidermans identity, which is his identity can be quite literally anyone, and just flushes it down the toilet. how is any kid supposed to see themselves in spiderman if they couldnt even become spiderman if they were apart of the tasm universe. it completely ruined the 'it couldve happened to anyone' concept. even as a little kid who knew very little about the comics, i could recognize that was a stupid idea.
