This was weird in theaters, knowing this is a reversal on his hand turning into mud. The original scene had a black hearted Tobey put for revenge. This scene now has a gold hearted Tobey out for peace.

Very distracting in the theaters… but I didn’t care! Man, what a movie!

Of all the moments in this movie, this is easily the most important. A tragic villain finally getting redemption from the person who was trying to save him since the very beginning. Im glad theres officially a universe where Sandman can be happy.
