Yeah I am a healthy 24-year-old and caffeine or anxiety can increase my blood pressure so much that it freaks me out but then when I relax it goes back to ideal numbers.

I have coronary artery disease. I have observed that I get chest pains when drinking coffee with sugar and cream or coffee with cream w/o sugar, but with just only coffee, I am so alert.
1 cup of brewed in the morning ONLY.

When i quit my heart rate droped by 10 BPM. 10!!!! My social anxiety went down by probly 50%, no chest pounding in public etc.

I believe in what you say. I have low BP in the morning due to poor circulation. Ive been trying some coffee besides drinking lots of water in the morning and it seems to help. Thanks 😮

I'm going to drink my cup of coffee ☕ premium Roast i just add black tea and lemon juice with my coffee or green tea with lemon juice with coffee, I haven't tried hibiscus tea or mint tea or turmericand lemon ginger tea.

I use to drink 3 venti cold brews from starbucks every day for many years until one day i was in the e.r. with pain in head, chest and not being able to breathe due to my blood pressure being violently high that my heart felt likenit was going to explode
