Fedora is probably the best out of these as it doesn't do too much to the system so you have a blank canvas then you just install you dev tools it also has packages like PyCharm in the non-free repo

I would say that the most striking difference between distros themselves is the DE.
If you are coming from a Windows background, probably KDE is the best DE.
It seems to be the most configurable and Dolphin seems to be the most feature rich.

Lately, I've seen a lot of hype over Fedora. Apparently, it's a good operating system. I tried it out this past year because of gnome 4, and I had a few problems with screen sharing. Maybe those have been worked out. But because I do data science, I'm sticking with Pop!_OS or Ubuntu. The data science community has been on Ubuntu for a decade, and I haven't seen any talk about Fedora in the data science community. Have I missed something?

Nice video.
Next month i'm going to remove windows from my computer and install Linux only on my laptop.
I already have experience with Fedora, Ubuntu and debian but i was thinking about going out of Debian environnement for programming.
But I hear people say that for example Fedora do not take all programming softwares.
Which one would you recommend me between Fedora, Debian and Manjaro for a better programming experience ??

Lol Arch is for system nerds, that is people who want to work on their system but not do any actual critical work on the system. The problem with Arch is not only that it's a rolling release which you should never use for critical work stuff, but also that after every update you pray to the computer gods that your entire system is not borked if you run it long term this will 100% chance happen to you eventually.
For development use any current LTS version of any distribution that's not Arch, Slackware, Gentoo or LFS based and preferably run them all in vms to see how your code reacts in the various distros. The previously mentioned distros are for system nerds, if your code doesn't work correctly on them the nerds should figure it out themselves.
From a dev on RHEL.
