Love your necklace. Great advice. I have been following you for about a year now and only buy low end priced clothing and still get complimented on what I am wearing. I love how the right clothing can hide that extra in the middle as you get over 50. I also now feel confident when I purchase cloths because, with your help, I know what to buy for looks, versatility, comfort, and keeping current. Cloths can age you and add weight or the complete opposite. So when you work with a younger group of people, it helps you feel good and people see that reflected from you.

The camera light is perfect now. I agree I have a reversible Hermes belt with one size matt black and the other a nice browny/grey with a buckle that looks similar to yours in design but resembles a (modern rose in shape) and its in silver. I've had it for YEARS! I wear it nearly everyday and it hasn't shown any signs of age. It's not a loud in your face logo if you know you know and the colours and width of the belt complement my outfits and body type.

I love my Frame high waisted skinny jeans! They are one of the favorites! I also really like Citizens and Good American, and Madewell jeans from Nordstroms! Jimmy Choo pumps are stunning, I too really love how comfy and classic the Sam Edelman pumps are!
I wear jeans almost every day!

Hi Erin, thanks and great roundup! I agree 100% with your recommendations. The Veronica B. blazer, Ferragamo belt, and designer jeans (my favs are AG, Rag & Bone, and Paige) can't be beaten. I recently splurged on Valentino classic pumps and they are surprisingly comfy. I purchased a Chloe Marcie years ago and the quality is exceptional. BTW I saw your photo at Ulta, you look great!

EV1 from Ellen DeGeneres (at Walmart) high rise skinny jeans are surprising good quality. I purchased several EV1 items as an alternative Halloween costume when my BF and I dressed up as Ellen and Portia (I was originally in a gown as Portia, but it was freezing cold and we went several places). I've worn the jeans many times now and really like them. For those with extremely limited budgets, or who are super frugal, they are a great option.

Chloe bags are so worth the money. I think that the higher cost of designer shoes, belts and bags are negligible considering all the wear one gets out of them. If you are always reaching for those items then the cost per wear keeps going down. Love You Erin!

Thanks, Erin! I’m trying to decide whether to go with Stuart Weitzman or Jimmy Choo for an upcoming event. The Stuart Weitzman pumps seem to be quite severe in terms of foot angle so I love that you mentioned that Jimmy Choos are relatively comfortable!

I love my Rag & Bone jeans! You can save money on eBay on some designer items too. I got my Good American jeans with tags for way cheaper! Still wanting Veronica Beard scuba jacket and will bite the bullet and purchase

I really love the blazer. May have to keep my eye on a good sale. What size are you wearing in it? I tend to wear a small to medium top so wondering how blazer fits and what u would suggest. :) Thanks Erin. Also, I am still trying to find a classy, classic dress for my sons wedding that isn't tacky or over the top. Something that I can wear for other occasions. I'm having a really hard time finding a website that has some good dress choices. Any suggestions?

I really want the Ferragamo belt. I need one that is reversible and has black and brown. It would be the perfect Birthday gift, so maybe I wil treat myself on my 40th this May. 😊 Very good video. I think investing in pieces that will go well with what you already have in your closet is very important.

I love Veronica Beard blazers! I have a few and wear them all the time - they are definitely worth it. I haven't seen the scuba style go on sale but I did pick up a double breasted linen blend one at the rack for around 60% off. FYI, a SA at Neiman Marcus told me that she washes her scuba blazers.
