Ek hospital mai patient ko bharti karke cash advance payment de dya tha kyunke woh hospital network hospital ke list m nhi tha. Around 6 hours baad hospital ke reception se call aata hai ke humare paas dialysis ke lye resources nhi hai to aur agar emergency dialysis ke pad gye to aap patient ko dosre hospital lejana padega. Waha maine due clear kya. Uske baad mai dosre hospital mai patient ko bharti kya waha cashless facility thi to maine avail karli.

To mera question hai ke reimbursement mai kaise claim karunga kyunke pehle hospital walo ne koi discharge slip dya hi nhi hai. Aapka video dekhne ke baad mai us hospital ko visit kya aur discharge slip maanga to receptionist keh rhi hai ke patient ko thode na discharge kya gya hai, woh to transfer hwa hai. Es case mai discharge slip nhi dete hai.

Ab aap batayye ke bagair discharge slip ke reimbursement possible hai?
