Because the best RV for stationary living in an RV park full time is not the same. I have a 5th wheel grand design (2014) I don't even have a way to tow so my camper has been sitting on same spot for last 3 years. I like the stationary spot. We use ours on weekend in summer months. Stored on sight for storage on same spot. I winterize it on the spot I use it

Looking to RV full-time, more stationary, but may travel once or twice a year. Have a 16yo and I work full time from "home." We will also have my step-kids occasionally. Looking at 5th wheels that have two bedrooms and a loft. Is that too ambitious for first timers?? We are not new to having a camper though.
