I saw a video last night where residents standing outside the fenced barrier said they could hear a woman screaming for help from the building but the city had already decided to demolish the building and demolition was slated to take place in a few hours. I would be angry too. You don't demolish a building without doing due diligence to make sure you have recovered all bodies or persons

They need to hurry up and get rid of the evidence. people might actually figure out that there's a building department that hopefully approved this building at one time and a County Code Enforcement division that obviously hasn't been doing their job.

My dad's a plumber and he says to make a building fall apart all you have to do is make holes in the roof and let the water take care of the rest. Water damage is no joke

Seeing how the building fell apart I couldn't help but wonder if the vibration from the HVAC units might have contributed to the calamity.

Until every single person that may have been in that building is accounted for, they should absolutely not demolish it. If this was a high rent or VIP building, no expense would be spared to find every single one of the survivors or their bodies.
