Fix 60fps video playback lag in Youtube

Playing 60fps videos in youtube is a pain in the a for someone with underpowered cpu because even after enabling hardware acceleration the CPU is used instead of GPU to play videos.

Solution to this are addons like h264fi or enhanced h264fi which forces GPU utilization for video playback resulting in greater performancce.

omg thank finally .. i was tired asking google for an answer to a problem i didn't know the rote of it .. i used youtube quality problems, video stuttering, video playing in slow motion when past 720p resulotion ... whatever came to my mind .. thank you so much, you saved me from watching videos on 480p forever

Downloaded this app and activated the block 60fps feature and the videos that are presented in 60fps in 720p and 1080p are reduce to 24fps and they run so much better on my PC thank you, I'm so sicking tired of people knowing how shitty YouTube players still go ahead and upload their videos in 60fps leaving me to watch their content in 480p now I don't have that to deal with that trouble anymore 😎👏👍
