If they showed Palpatine's full speech while showing the Jedi masters being executed one by one by Clones, showing quick cameos of characters like Boba Fett and a kid Han Solo watching from other planets and Anakin slaughtering the Separatists in Mustafar like in the novel of Episode 3, it could've been a banger!

The full speech here shows some of the quotes in different order then how it was shown in the movie. In the movie, first he said the Jedi rebellion was foiled, then he said the remaining will be hunted down, then he talks about being scarred and deformed, then he says the Republic will become the Empire.
