The first time I did this job, was the first time i truly realized how awful and grime the world is, so why do I feel pain now?
Maybe this is some way I learn that actions have consequences.

Sometimes killing can be satisfying especially when it's someone who owed their life for what they did.
It's when it becomes unsatisfying when the pain and regret of killing someone make you wish you were the one to be killed that night, or you may be just wanted to not kill.

That's what I did. I killed them because I hated for what he did and I wanted him to pay with his life.
I just never expected I'd end up like this.

As a demon, she had never had any feelings for humans except for contempt and disgust. But this man, who she had watched from a very energetic and always smiling young boy who was full of mischief to the calm and quiet man that he has now become. She felt sad and helpless with how he has become now.
Alone, quiet and calm without the past energetic and naughty child he was before that wouldn't stop his chattering mouth. But now, he has become too quiet. Laying on the bed in the dark room with no one accompanying him with dark gloomy air surround him.
This is one of the reason why she hates these humans. Frail.
Their life can easily be broken with just the slightest harm.
How many times has she seen this kind of picture, she couldn't remember. She never cared about those humans who had fallen into despair and would always go on her way. But, for this boy... this man. She couldn't.
Slowly approaching the man on the bed who was badly hurt, with his eyes bandaged, his neck supported, his whole body laid there lifelessly. Only his tense muscle gave out the fact that he had sensed her approach.
She held his left hand gently and he flinched. He waited.
She kissed him softly. "From now on, I will always be by your side."
The tense hand relaxed and he gripped the soft and small hand tightly in his grip, as if he finally found his salvation in his dark world.
