Had my first real Vegas experience this weekend (won 800 off a 25 first try on a roulette so it was a fun trip!) and can’t emphasize enough how great dealers from the many different casinos were at recognizing I was new at BJ and they did everything they were allowed to do to help without throwing off everyone else’s game! And people at the table are pretty willing to throw you advice without any pressure!

The reason they do this is so you cant mark the cards in any way:
Bending
Marking
Fingernail print
Etc

At the high limit room, the cards are dealt face down, only 2 decks per shoe, and blackjack pays 3 to 2. Main floor blackjack games are for the suckers.

They don't want you to touch the cards cause in the old days people used to mark them. Countermeasures.

Cut thin hope to win
Tip the waitress, not the dealer
Ask to see dealers hole card if he's showing an Ace or buy insurance
Keep your motor running
Cuz you'll be broke in 10min

ive seen a guy try to take his chips back in poker after he called and he was rushed by like 4 or 5 230lb security guards then politely escorted to cash out then kicked out 😂
