Just so people know, this is all correct except for soft 18. A mistake I seem to see everywhere. If you look up the standard basic strat, A, 7 will double if possible, otherwise stand against a dealer 2. This chart says to just stand for some reason.

You double your 11 on a ace if the table hits a S17, you hit your 11 on a ace if the table stays on a S17

This chart is iffy. I guess it just shows you the best play you can make for the best outcome. I got up to 700k the first time I used this chart. After that it all fell down. The dealer was getting 20s and 21s back to back after that it was almost impossible. No matter how many cards the dealer drew he was always higher than me lol Rockstar knows wtf they are doing. You will lose eventually. All of it.
