Last girlfriend did this to me, then she messages me later to talk. She asks me why I didn’t go after her. What I told her was simple but she hated it.

I told her I don’t chase, if she wants to leave she can leave, and trying to reassure yourself that I like you by leaving (or threatening to leave) is manipulative and insecure. And I’m not into that.

Mine left me while working 48 to 70+ hours a week while on my off time trying to teach myself programming for a better career just so in the future she could be a stay at home mom when we had kids. The moment the guy she worked with gave her attention as i couldnt be with her every hour of the day burning myself out tonbe able to give her the life she said she wanted she dropped me. I was just a pest she wanted out of her life. Well she just broke his heart from what ive heard. Thank God we never had kids.

Haven't found a woman like that yet. Thought I found someone but I messed up once because I was going through stuff, I took accountability I apologize and then I get ghosted. Did the same to my friends around the same time but I think we grew closer after I apologized to them. I'm in a better spot now honestly, not really missing anything now that she's gone
