NAcent hdl are discoidal in shape contain apoA, LCAT,PL.
spherical hdl .
Hdl3 SRB1. in tissue
ABCP -G1

HDL2 in liver .
ApoA1 helps in binding to SRB1.

DISCOIDAL HDL INCREASES-
LCAT DEFICENCY.
OBSTRUCTIVE JAUNDICE.

HDL2 INVERSI LY PROPRTIONAL TO ARTHERSCLEROSIS.
female have more hdl2 due to estrogen which inhibit hepatic lipase.
