The problem-space is where the problem is ! Everyone (all aspiring product owners) have ideas in solution space and want to jump in; while they have a limited patience in defining the problem space (...so I can...). Solution pollution happens every day !

Problem was that graphite is flammable if I remember well so pencils were not considered by Nasa 😉
