Are we allowed to use 5 seconds of a movie clip (it’s a fairly old movie, 1947) in our video submission, or would that be considered copyright infringement? In my video it is for a comic relief moment, but I don’t want to get disqualified. Thanks for your input!

Hey Amber, I have a question! Since the new time limit this year is 90 seconds, what's your advice on conveying a big science idea under that time limit? My biggest worry is that I might overwhelm or confuse my audience because I might add too much information with the short amount of time I have. Thanks!
