Intake manifold repair for RAM/Jeep EcoDiesels | Dorman OE FIX 615-311

Показать описание
Certain RAMs and Jeeps could be optioned with the 3.0 liter EcoDiesel engine, and these vehicles have a strong following. What’s not so strong, however, is the plastic intake manifold, which can melt and deform due to heat. A customer might mention loss of power, a burning smell, or codes P2020/P200A as symptoms of intake manifold failure.

Dorman’s OE FIX replacement manifold features smart upgrades, like an improved heat shield for the temperature sensor. Also, OE components like the sensors and IMRC motor can be swapped over to this replacement manifold, making this affordable repair easier on the wallet. The 615-311 manifold is a great way to improve reliability for your EcoDiesel.

I’ve installed two of these; they are great replacements for the stock Mahle intake manifold. No complaints. Thanks for making these Dorman! You should also make a replacement for the problematic heater control valve unique to ecodiesel equipped trucks.

I have seen those for sale by a couple different retail stores. How do I know I’m getting an original product and not a knock off? Can you tell me where to purchase one?

How much would it cost to get it replaced on a 2015 eco diesel?
