I've been told the weekly npc is not present in this cbt3 version, so there are no weeklies available. Maybe i get it later on chapter 3? kinda weird it'd work like that, but we'll see.

8:25 i think you nailed it here. Even just watching people's gameplay, the constant back-and-forth created by the TV exploration system keeps the game from getting into a good groove.

People are yapping about the TV like there's nothing in other ARPGs on phones that distracts from the fighting. Another proof that 90% of people who hype about PGR and their developers - have not even played their game. People saying bs about ZZZ for having the same problems as other games in the ARPG genre.
Take HI3 or PGR as an example - in both of these games you have a few minutes of battles, after which you go back to the menu (loading), do some things, then spend your energy and go back into battle (another loading) which will only last a few minutes. And over and over again.
I think they were just trying to add something new (tvs) to a game of this genre.

Have people like you ever played ARPGs on phones? They literally all have similar problems. Constant interruptions of the tempo, a lot of useless yapping in the plot. A bad start.
I've seen it so many times that I'm already used to it. Maybe this is some kind of curse of the genre on phones, I do not know.

This game is such a missed opportunity. I was really looking forward to it since the beginning, but the TVs and Minigames killed all my hype. Decent combat, beautiful animation, cool characters with personality. But they keep trying to make "Mini-games: The videogame - Part 2. Television Boogaloo". They could have made a better version of Honkai 3rd that solves all of its problems. But instead are double dipping on them.

And people who defend it say it as if the game was about the TVs. All the official gameplay shows combat. All the character trailers are about combat.
They market it as a Hack n Slash game with some minigames. Gacha games first atractive are characters. But it's like they don't want you to enjoy the characters.

I wouldnt mind chest and the ability to check trashcans for random loot i feel why not have little secrets like that😢

Think tv is ok but need a bit of a skip but if it is not at the end game I’m fine with it and hope they can make it a bit fun and just have it to tell stories but more combat would be better

Now, the BIG question is
Can they reach the same player satisfaction on fights, like what PGR did?
I'm looking forward to this game but I hope that they can compete with other ARPGs like HI3, PGR, Aether Gazer, and soon DNA

From what I've knew about this game was they took the inspiration from:
Final Fantasy VII
Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance
Devil May Cry
Borderlands
Persona 5
Yakuza

On the other hand, some of those characters were took the inspiration from DC Universe, and other video game characters such as:
Billy Kid from Red Hood
Anby from Raiden (MGRR)
Nekomiya Mana from Catwoman
Lycaon from Hworang(Tekken)
Bangboo from Minicons(Transformers) + Fall Guys
Zhu Yuan (future character) from Bloodsport (Suicide Squad)

IDK but all the Interface and UI looks pretty Cheap to me not like a 2024 Game Compare to HSR the game looks behind

This game just feels so bare minimum compared to Hoyoverse's other games. Only MC in the open world and using TVs instead of moving around open areas like HSR's simulated universe.

People complain about the tv system... Honestly I love the tv part which adds a lot of variety.

The Golden week hollow exploration for example is really a treat.

I am more interested in how the game does than actually playing the game. I fell off the wagon after the censorship, but i hope ZZZ fans enjoy the game.

I don't think i want to play any new hoyoverse game anymore ....


That artefact kind of system is really sh*tty

Also their dev that so stinggy and greedy that never listen to their players survey especially genshin dev is really put the end to me

I'm a big HSR fan, but why does this game feels like meh, and Wuthering Waves is more enticing? Is it just me or somebody else is in the same boat :/

bruh it needs to be stated that the tv system is outright horrible in every way. Im tired of cc's being afraid to say it how it is and lighten the blow. Its bad and is detrimental to the games success imo. People who like it are capping full stop. its not "ok" this time around....its as bad as its always been.
