This is one that I know about.

Illinois claimed they couldn't add additional people to take to extra work load of issuing card in a timely fashion. They also claimed they didn't have the money to take care of the problem delayed FOID cards and CCW licenses. So they basically say the program is not making enough money to do what it needed to issue and renew.

THEN we all find out they state STOLE 30 million dollars that was generated by applications, and that they State Police turned it over the the State. So all the time they claimed the program didn't have money they had STOLEN IT

My foid appeal has been filed (twice, for the record, and then faxed in when they lost it the 2nd time) for 6 years. Cant even get a human on the phone anymore.
