Empaths vs HSPs 🙂
Показать описание
Empaths vs HSPs. In this video we discuss the differences between the empath vs HSPs. You'll also learn the similarities between both the empath vs highly sensitive person.
Empaths and highly sensitive people, also known as HSPs, are two very similar types of people, but they do have a few key differences. One major difference can be found in the definitions of empathetic and sensitive.
To be sensitive means to detect or respond to small changes in the environment, while being empathetic is having the ability to share emotions with others. As you can see, just going by definition, they are different.
Both, however, are known for being sweet, helpful, and kindhearted to those around them, and there is much more of an overlap between them.
Be sure to stick around until the end. The second to last difference is our favorite of all!
