Muscle memory is a hell of a thing. I play airsoft and it’s crazy how to repeat some moves do improve the speed and accuracy of your movement. On the distances that i play (up to 60m) i got so „accurate“ that it’s always a headshot inside the 20m range, without any sights (only Rail) out of the „Sul“ position.
And you can apply muscle memory everywhere
