Not cloned, Oprhan Blacked. That's an entire separate matter, you would have to watch 5 seasons and read the comic. Yes it's cloning but they used the Dolly the Sheep method, cloning is insta cloning. Hopefully Meg or her clone is fertile so they don't have the disease that kills the Leda clones.

Plot twist: Meg survived the gunshot, healed immediately wolverine style, overthrew and killed her clone in the bushes and lost her hat in the scuffle.

I have a theory; Russian Meg was sent to kill or kidnap Stewie. Think about; Stewie is very powerful and has a lot of influence outside of his home. It's possible this agent was hired to do so. 🤔
