For those who are extremely confused:

Mila Kunis, Meg's voice actress, is fluent in Russian. However, the woman who sang this was Rachael MacFarlane, who is more commonly known as Hayley Smith from American Dad. Usually Rachael will take a lot of singing roles within Family Guy, as well as extra female roles. The reason as to why it's Rachael singing and not Mila is because Mila isn't as comfortable with singing as Rachael is, which is why many Ukrainian and Russian people cannot understand what she's saying. If it was Mila, everyone would definitely understand.

As a Russian speaker, I can quickly tell it wasn't Mila singing — she has a funny Ukrainian-American accent which the singer does not have, and Mila also barely makes mistakes in sounds and stresses when she is speaking, which the singer does a lot. Like, if I wasn't told she sang in Russian, I wouldn't know
