A lot of nice guys worry about how judgmental they are. They're kind of confused about why they're so judgmental and why they have such high standards about people. We've got to see this for what it is, it is an avoidant strategy to prevent you from making connections with other people. You cherry pick and nit pick little flaws that you see in other people. So that you never feel obliged to build a connection or a relationship with them. This is nothing more than commitment phobia. So whenever you feel that you're judging someone go and speak to that person and get to know them so that you can see that your judgments are bullshit.
