I really want the croc and dolphin, as different types on dolphins like pink dolphins would be cool, and crocs would be a nice addition to the swamp, and both of them would raise awareness of endangerment

Here's an idea, drop the mob vote and add the biome vote!
Instead of deciding which biome will exist, let the community decide whether the ocean or the neither will be updated for the upcoming year. You can decide if piglins will roam the neither or if pillagers will raid the overworld.
