My boyfriend lent over my shoulder and said "make up or murders? ...oh murders - that's the murder lady right?" 😂😂😂

i quite like the idea of more history-centered videos. they’re very underrated, and i think you’ll make great ones, especially because you’re passionate about history and social issues. hope you decide to push through with that type of content!

History, social issues, and true crime??? Perfect channel. Perfect combo.

Marsha P. Johnson is mostly referred to as transgender woman nowadays, considering how the trans community didn't have a wide terminology at the time. Many people who'd call themselves drag queens in the pre Stonewall bar scene would later resonate with trans womanhood more than the queen aspect.
However, confusion as you mentioned is understandable and sadly we can't have the honour to ask Marsha directly whether her gender identity adjusted to newer definitions. I'm just so grateful that she's one of the main reasons why we have a unified community now, and oh god why am I tearing up instead of just following the video!!

Hell yes, I would LOVE a video on the Stonewall riots! (Also, I cannot believe that people are harassing you for speaking the truth on LGBT+ issues. What effing century is this anyway???)

Your content is amazing, Georgia! Keep doing you, boo. We love you for it!

what i love about you is that you address issues of social justice in these cases. inequalities and injustices are always relevant. also it's your channel, talk about what you're passionate about!

Girl, this is YOUR channel. Talk about whatever you want! Plus, you talk about social issues & cases in such an elegant & respectful way that there is noooo room for anyone to complain, even from those who aren’t into social issues. Please keep it up! You’re great!

Just because you show compassion and empathy for all those deemed "different" by society, doesn't make you a social justice warrior, it makes you an advocate for social injustices. It shows you have a big heart 💖💖💖💖

Only 4 and a half minutes in but YESSSS - incorporate more history!! I LOVE history, but YouTube lacks history tellers who have compassion and spirit! (Either that or I just haven't found any yet).
You have such an amazing way of telling stories (I feel like you could read the back of a cereal box and it would be interesting...) so I vote yes for adding history to your channel.

Thank you for sticking up for us gurl! Tell it like it is! Like, just because you talk about social issues, that makes you a SJW? Wtf? That's the kind of mindset that makes people feel weird about the LGBT community.

You mention Marsha P Johnson, did you watch the documentary on Netflix about her? The body was found in the Hudson River and there were some questions on whether or not it was accidental or a murder. Very interesting story! Would love to hear your thoughts! It's called, "The Death and Life of Marsha P. Johnson".

Yeess <3 What you do and talk about means so much! Being a mother to biracial children and seeing my husbands struggle (especially living in the south of the U.S.) makes me respect people who open their mind, like yourself, even more!
I just started writing blogs yesterday about true crime in hopes of shedding light on cases. I have dabbled with the idea of doing youtube because they are unknown...not talked about cases... but giiirrlll you are a lot to live up too!

Georgia doll - I appreciate you standing up for yourself and others, especially marginalized communities. I can tell you are being genuine. Some of the main things I love about you is your compassion, empathy, integrity, and strong sense of justice. Not to mention all the great research you do, and the respectful manner in which you share these cases. You also upload consistently and interact in the comments. You are in my top 5 fave TC creators, and I'm looking forward to more "history lessons" from you! 😊

hey Georgia could you do a video on Freddie Mercury? Maybe his life and death? I think it would be fascinating.

There's a lyric in a song called Condor Ave by musician Elliott Smith that reminds me of these sorts of cases:
"Cops were running around the scene
Looking for some kind of clue
They never get uptight when a moth gets crushed
Unless a light bulb really loved him very much"

These people were thought to be worthless. They were all someone's sweet child. People loved and cared about them, and they did have value.
