If you have an under active thyroid (hypothyroidism), it means your thyroid gland isn’t producing enough thyroid hormones.

Around one or two out of every hundred people develop an under active thyroid.

Women are up to 10 times more likely than men to develop it.

Your thyroid gland is in your neck, in front of your windpipe. It produces two main hormones called thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3).

Too little thyroid hormone slows down your body’s metabolism.

Your metabolism is the combination of chemical processes that happen in your body, such as those that change the food you eat into energy. When your metabolism slows down,
it can lead to symptoms:

The most common cause of an underactive thyroid is autoimmune thyroiditis.

2.During pregnancy.
3.Thyroid gland being removed.

I was never clinically diagnosed with thyroid, but I have been suspecting that I do have with my weight despite my effort in keeping myself healthy by eating right and exercise. I'm usually feeling fatigued, sluggish, moody, and my body's weight is dragging me down everyday. The weight's not dropping no matter how hard I try to exercise because I feel so slow, the urge to eat, and my body can't escape from sugar or it'll start shaking. I lower my intake on food and lost ten pounds due to trying to keep up with a fasting app but, I still feel like crap. My memory's all over the place and it scares me. Anxiety here and there. Period is irregular too. I lost so much hair and it's thinning. The hair on my head is just half of what I used to have. Everyday I feel swollen and whenever I get up from sitting my knees are always feeling too weak to carry everything up. I will keep up with your natural healing videos to become healthier. I don't want to have to go through pills, herbs, or hospital visits just yet.

Hi Austin - Good News Update. Back in Dec 2020 according to the doctor's labwork my TSH was 2.3 I started your video on hypothyroidism and reverse Hashimoto and on May 2021 the TSH went up to 3.8. The doctor reduced the medication levothyroxine to 12.5 and I followed your advise to continue doing your videos.
Today, Dec 15, 2021 I did not go to the doctor, I had a labwork done on my own. It shows my TSH went up to 4.77 My Free T4 and T3 are in normal range.
The TSH Standard Range is 0.45 to 4.50.
All this time I was doing your 2 videos hypothyroidism and the reverse Hashimoto's two times a day. My work schedule changed a month ago so I had to do your videos one time a day counting till 20 instead of 10.
I pray each day for you and I am so thankful to you for sharing your knowledge with all of us. May the Lord Jesus bless you always and everyone who watches your videos.

Question one. Should I continue doing the videos everyday or... every other day?

Dear Mr. Austin, not sure if you remember, but earlier I've mentioned about my health issues in one of your forums and one of them is hypothyroidism. Very glad to find this video on the same. My dear Austin, My heart arrhythmia almost disappeared thanks to your video about it. Today having an inspiration I looked if underactive Thyroid could have a role in heart arrhythmia? I discovered that undoubtedly yes and an important one ! So without stopping the protocol for arrhythmia I will put still more hope in the protocol for underactive Thyroid. Wanted to thank you once again for your exercise . Last time I tried your exercises for polyp and it was a success without any medication 👍. And now my hypothyroid results ( tsh level) have improved from 26 to 17 just by doing your exercise and no medications . Thank you once again I have been doing this exercise since 2 months two times a day . So my question is should I keep continuing it until my tsh level is completely normal?
