What about vegan dietary needs? I’m mostly vegan and occasionally eat fish. Lentils, beans and tofu are great sources of vegan protein sources.

I have question is about calories counting. I hear from several other couches that when trying to lose weight, counting the net carbs from non start by vegetables is not necessary.
Would you agree with them as well?
Essentially, I could have unlimited amount of non starchy veggies and still loose weight? ( as long as I am not following a high fat diet?

So true. I can eat a huge fruit bowl and still be hungry. Added yogurt and nuts and it helps.
