Use ceramics and glass for Microwaving instead of plastic. Can't use ss in microwave ovens. - I am not throwing away all my plastic containers, but I am not buying any more and "never" use them in warm, heating or outdoor (direct Sun radiation) applications. Very few bottles in supermarkets are made of glass anymore.

Hi Doc . Been following many Docs. YouTubers, each one has a unique opinions, reccomendation, it seems, we metabolicy ill individuals are fighting death. As much as I learned from your channel, and others, its impossible for average income folks to follow these recommendations.
As for plastics, again, good quality kitchen products are extremely expensive and hard to find . We are all doomed, $$$ dictates, health abd death.
At 4.8mmol/l LDL, APOB 1.7, HIGH TRYGLCIRIDES, Total Cholesterol 7mmol/l CAC<100 mild, non calcified plaque, LM. According to my doc, I got 8 years before I end up in a hospital without statins😂😂
I'm 64, lowereed my markers in 4 weeks by over a point just reducing my carb intake, yet, im told I have FC?
Odd, i reduced my Markers and biomarkers, my LPa, perfect, glucose normal 5.6, 10hr fasting.
How accurate is blood work test, that's send out to a Lab for analysis? Every time i get blood work, it chages by point or 2?

Hey Doc...I got this non stick pancake griddle thingy, and it's starting to discolor, showing a dark black surface....what could that be I wonder? And non stick, does that include copper coated pans?
