in my opinion, the reason sukuna don't use fuga is same as gojo's hollow - took too long to cast it and just easy to disrupt. but not like hollow purple, fuga don't have any trick to make enemy misread, that why sukuna can't use it inside the domain even when he fulfilled the condition of it binding vow, gojo won't allow him shoot it.
