My personal theory is that when you attain a certain level of comprehension of the CE like tengen or sukuna your body start to evolve bc the CE is rewriting your body informations to be a new form of life purely based on CE, so basically you are becoming a God. As tengen said in this process you lose all your humanity by becoming something superior, that’s why he is trying to stop his own evolution by using the Star plasma vessel. In the case of sukuna he is a such genius that he himself launched his evolution process and chose to have multiple arms and mouths to be the apex of exorcism but he didn’t complete the process and is stuck in a state btw godhood and humanity and then his real plan is forge an alliance with Kenjaku to absord tengen final form and finally become a God (Kenjaku is a mad scientist so it’s clearly something he would want to see)

To explain what they said in the recent chapters, having more functioning hands is a massive advantage for jujutsu sorcerers of the scale where Sukuna lies because you pretty much hit a ceiling. Having transformed himself into a curse, he used it to have more functioning hands to gain an advantage on others.

Its why i like jjk they never explicitly say it but if you pay attention with top tier sorcerers they used hand signs so thinking about it while in the beginning of the series it would make sense that the king of curses would have four arms the 2 mouths i didn't really see coming tho but imagine facing an absolute god tier sorcerer while he's chanting full incantations with hand signs at the same time as giving you the hands and talking shit (or even chanting another incantation) absolutely wild

The theory is sukuna has a conjoined twin which he kills because we know that in jujutsu kaisen having a twin is a badluck and makes a sorcerer weak, it actually kinda makes sense because sukuna has 2 inate curse technique

Let me tell you why if someone anything ever evolves to a point that it has four arms 4 eyes 2 mouths and a massive amount of cursed energy it will be noted as the perfect being because with the hands two will be used in battle and the other two will perform incantations making the technique go to 200% power and two mouths will continue to perform chants making the technique more powerful and 4 eyes to able to move, see and focus properly
