Thanks so much for the recommendation of Quercetin! Very excited to add this to my husband’s protocol- he has been unwell since his 4th *b-o-o-s-t-e-r* over a year ago and thanks to a great local doc we are now understanding he has MCAS.

I take 60mg of zinc, 1500mg of vitamin C (derived from acerola cherries), about 8k mg of Vitamin D3, and I don’t even know the amount of quercetin I take daily, I think it’s like 900mg per day and those all help me with MCAS that I have from my CIRS being active. Onions usually bother people with histamine issues, they definitely bother me.

No no no! Stay away from onions. I have mast cell activation and onions, garlic, ginger and coriander are huge triggers. Mine have gotten so bad they're anaphylaxis now!
