I bought a brand new AM30 v3 - I didn't use and it sat in the box for a couple of years. When I finally decided to use it, it went up ok but wouldn't come back down. I called Sealey tech support and they had no idea how to help. I still own the jack and it still sat on the shelf if there is anyone out there that knows what could be wrong with it. Let me know.... It's never been used !!
