Did you know that you can now directly import the blend-file into Godot ? adding suffixes to names as -col to the name to generate automatically the collision mesh, -noimp to disable import, etc...

BTW, for those who like shortcuts : CTRL+P for parenting objects, and CTRL+F2 for batch renaming.

It is probably just me but when I try to follow along with the files you link to, I end up in a mess because the files that are downloaded through github are already updated and modified. IE has everything already done.
I tried to follow with my own plane TPose mode from mixamo and nothing works as expected obviously. Just makes it a bit frustrating when trying to follow your methods etc.

Great, but you need to do pre video on how to rig this model, without the basic how can we know how to use it ?
Do you use rigfy or just bones or what ?

are the inaccuracies in the animation import due to floating point values being serialized in text? does it make a difference if you export it as glb?
