Just purchased a Rad Rover, been looking at E Bikes for about a year, and with your review, & many more, I bit the bullet & purchased one. I plan to use it to go from a boondocking site into to a town for supplies, & ride the trails. I purchased the Rad Rover because it is one of the few that will accept your large battery pack, which I intend to buy, along with your upgraded controller. I realize those upgrades will void my warranty, but I'm fairly mechanically minded, & have worked on bikes over the years (I'm 72). Does it matter to the sequence in which you plug in the charger. Battery first then into the outlet OR outlet first then connect the battery.
