Rest the battery for 30mins or so after riding before charging and do not charge when below 5c it will knacker it as I found out after following previous advice from Steve on this channel

I want to see a video that covers 1 how to make the battery last longer with different charging strategies eg. is it better for the life of the battery if you have a 60% charge to go to 90 or 99% instead of fully charging it? Does it harm the life of the battery to fully discharge (20% or less) the battery? If it’s colder than... is it better to bring in the battery and why? I’d like to see a test between Bosh Shimano and Yamaha on how much charge is used in embt modes and a test on any system to see what’s the expenditure difference between embt and going manual while keeping the times similar. Enough on the basics give us more please.

Bought a new battery charged it up and fell seriously ill 10 months ago been trying to drain it a bit by charging phones off of it. Will it be OK? You need to advise on long-term storage.

When I go for a short ride on a fully charged battery can I recharge or use up more of the same charge another day. Do they need to be nearly flat before you recharge I guess is my question.

Have you experimented with range extenders between brands? I just bought a Scott Solace, but no one in Canada seems to be able to source the TQ range extenders. Trek however has plenty of stock on their TQ extenders.

Hi hello sir, may I allow to ask a question and please help reply with your expertise on ebike battery. Yesterday when I was paddle my ebike at home with the parking stand mount on the floor, for testing the ebike speed, then suddenly my mother was talking to me, instead of I need to press the hand brake to stop the spining ebike, I turned off the ignition key, THEN I heard a "pop" sound (the motorhub was still in high speed spinning) I don't know the "pop" sound was came from the battery or came from the controller. Sir, may I ask in most of the cases, let say, if a person paddle the ebike halfway through, when the battery still on going supplying the energy into the controller, and the controller still on going supplying the power into the motorhub, and the motorhub still drawing power spinning at fast speed, then he turn off the ignition key OUT OF SUDDEN to cut off the ON GOING power supply intake from the battery, in this case what will happen to my battery? Sir, please help me,

then I unpluged the ebike power plug from the battery, then I turn on the key ignition to purposely release the electric in the controller, then I plug the ebike power plug into the battery and heard a as usual spark sound.

My concern now is, how do I know I already wound, injury, or damage my battery or not sir. Hope you understand my question, trillion thanks if you would please reply sir.

Chris, I'm new to EMTB world. I wanna travel abroad by air and take my emtb. I was told that batteries over 160 WH can not be carried on neither dispatched on air planes. I cantacted two courries that said not provide that kind of service. Any tip please ?

My eBike (48V, 15A) turns off after about 300 meters of riding, and I can only turn it on again after a hard reset (turning the battery Off-On using a key). I decided to measure the voltage on the battery and saw 72 volts. Can you help me figure out what's going on?

damn battery's are so heavy! What about pedalling some people saying you need pedal some different way so not to kill the engine???
