How to check charger and battery issue by voltage meter?

In this video we are going to show you how to use voltage meter to check ebike battery issues as following:

1.How to check the charger is working or not ?
2.How to check the battery output hole is working or not ? ( If your battery is full charged but unable to turn on the bike computer)

I have been charging a 48v battery for 7 hours now and the red light is still on. Is this how it should be or is there some kind of problem? The indicator on the battery has been showing full charge for a long time now, but the red light is still on the charger.
I have two batteries and the same problem with each.

I have a 48v battery read 53.4v. It suppose read 54.6v. 1v less does it affect anything.

Using the volt meter is the best way to see if the battery isn't not good. Using the charger is light is 100% wrong. Some chargers could be broken from age which would cause issues and some batterys you need to have the plug already on the battery then take the charger to the wall outlet so it can detect the battery and also if you just used the battery and havnt gave it time like 15min to rest its gonna show a error on the battery from the charger

I just got my bike today and it started red and now its green is it charged or broken? I put it on the bike because i thought it was charged and it lit up red and it wouldnt work

Somebody wants me to sell ebike with no battery. The bike had the original 48v. How to check bike if is in working condition? I have a 36v battery at home..., and a charger too. Any ideas? Thanks

not neccary broken if still green hook up volt metter and let it discharged to 0.5 reconnect charger it should start to recharge
